Financial Controller (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Junior Controller (m/w/d) to strengthen the existing team at our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main. 

Your Responsibilities with Us

• Monthly reporting to Senior Management and WISAG Group
• Assistance in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of deviation analyses (actuals vs. budget, year-over-year) and ad hoc analyses
• Derivation of necessary measures to safeguard targeted earnings levels
• Responsible for carrying out forecasting and budgeting processes
• Regular cash management (incl. analysis of accounts receivables)

What Will Impress Us

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Few years of professional experience in financial controlling or financial transaction services is mandatory
• Experience in handling comprehensive financial and non-financial data is a plus
• German and English proficiency, German is mandatory.
• Independent, structured, and result-oriented work approach
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with a high affinity for numbers
• Excellent communication skills, social competence, and assertiveness
• Ability to cope with both operational and strategic tasks
• "Hands-on" mentality and good sense of humor
